If you have a high school or college student in your house chances are that they have heard of Eric Thomas.  ET,  also know as the Hip Hop Preacher brings a new style of motivation and leadership that is inspiring the younger generation.

In the past year Eric Thomas has authored his amazing story The Secret to Success and then just a few weeks back dropped his mixtape for all to hear.

I cannot personally tell you which was better – as both deliver such a high powered, positive message.  The best way that I can explain it is that they both compliment each other.  There are not many books, or audio tracks for that matter that make you pause to ponder.  Eric Thomas made me do that many times.  Already a You Tube sensation, ET is bring his message to people in so many different ways.
